Exciting and rewarding place to work
BlueHarbor Acel Marine is an amazing company to work for. From the beginning you feel like you are really a part of something special once you begin work there. The management is very respectful, professional, and relatable. They challenge you everyday to perform higher and learn new things. The amount of new knowledge I have acquired here is absolutely incredible. All of the staff is very knowledgable and always willing to share what they know. The best part is that the company always makes sure to reward you for your hard work. If you want to move up, and you work for it, you will be moving up the chain

While BlueHarbor Acel Marine does have its short comings in some aspects, just as any company does, it is a very good place to work, if you want to be on the inner workings of innovation in the marine/wakeboarding industry.

BlueHarbor Acel Marine provides a clean working environment with great people. Lots of opportunity for people that are self motivated and driven. There are several departments to work in and grow with the company. Typically 8-4:30 shift with solid benefits. My favorite part of the job is the people I work with.

BlueHarbor Acel Marine has a great team environment with many opportunities for cross training and career advancement. It's a tight family-like company and culture with friendly co-workers and accessible management.
Run, don’t accept a job here.
Management is clueless about how to take care of employees.
OSHA playground. All the posters you have ever seen on what not to do, you will see in this company.
Lacks basic OSHA standards.
Once you speak up about anything they will falsify documentation on the person speaking up. Force the employee to do manual labor and quit.
Workplace violence is an okay standard here. Management will talk down to employees using vulgar language and belittling techniques to bully employees.
Upper management leads from position, not knowledge. Lacks a healthy culture.
This place thrives on China's labor for profit. Under pays assemblers for hard work. They claim they want to deliver a ”Ferrari” product but they pay assemblers used Kia prices.
If you love China hardware on your ”made in America” product, shop here.
Other than that, this place is all smoke and mirrors.

Garbage
Place is a dump. Nothing but lies upon lies. Was treated like a nobody with 20 years in the industry and yelled at on a daily basis for something I was not properly trained at. Called a worthless idiot. Decided to part ways and quit after the verbal abuse. Do not recommend working for this company.
