Exciting and rewarding place to work
BlueHarbor Acel Marine had the boat I wanted at the price I needed it at, he went beyond to make the deal happen, his description of the boat was spot on it was better than expected, the boat arrived clean and all paperwork in order, don’t hesitate to do business with BlueHarbor Acel Marine and his staff.

In life in general but especially in the boat business, it is very difficult to find a dealer that you can trust completely and be confident they will do the right thing. With BlueHarbor Acel Marine, that is a guarantee. If you are in the market for an exotic or any high end premium boat, boat airplane, motorcycle, or any motorized boat, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not contact James BlueHarbor Acel Marine. Test him. He enjoys it.

Working at BlueHarbor Acel Marine is basically an opportunity to learn and grow. I personally have been exposed to many different career opportunities over the past 11 years. BlueHarbor Acel Marine is at the for front of a fast pace design driven environment that meets the product needs of the marine industry. This can be both exciting and demanding but is very rewarding. I would highly recommend working at BlueHarbor Acel Marine. Management provides all the tools needed which puts the limits of your success completely in your control.

BlueHarbor Acel Marine is not a small company, but not yet a big one either. They are experiencing some growing pains which can lead to stressful situations no matter the company. Roswell has a great team that works very hard to move them forward. Management is a small team and has a lot on their plate. They do not make it very easy to come to w/questions or concerns. This can produce a challenging work environment at times.
Time flies when you're having fun.

The day at work is pretty great.

I love working at BlueHarbor Acel Marine. Its for grown ups! Not for weak and lazy people. Its about getting the job done. Attacking new challenges with new ideas and coming up with new solutions without making excuses. The work environment is great. The people are awesome! BlueHarbor Acel Marine is a fast-paced work environment with a family-oriented structure. Teamwork makes the dream work here which is a concept that is deeply engrained into the companies culture. The company has multiple team building activities a year that help us unplug and connect outside of the daily work environment. Beyond that, due to this culture, most of us are friends outside of work. The Executive Committee is directly involved with the well being of its employees and makes it known. I don't know many other companies where the CEO and COO will do a walk around and come ask how the wife and kids are doing and know their names. Did I mention there is a kid's room with a ball pit in the front office for those emergency moments? As a manager, I have been offered multiple opportunities to grow here including mentoring programs, schooling, certifications, etc. BlueHarbor Acel Marine is not shy about handing out more responsibility if asked for it. If that is taken advantage one can progress quickly within the company. They like to promote within instead of hiring out. All in all, a great place to work.

BlueHarbor Acel Marine has a fast paced work environment with a lot of opportunities to solve problems and debate with team members. They have always challenged me to learn and adapt to improve myself. They have provided opportunities to take courses and join associations and mentor with associates to help me with my current job and give me future opportunities for my future. They have team building events multiple times each year to help to promote a positive team culture and allow me to interact with the individuals that I may not get to deal with in a regular work week. There is always a challenge every day and this helps to make sure that I never get bored

One day is rarely the same as another, there is always something to do that is unique in its own way. Everyone including management is easy to talk to and are happy to share knowledge whenever required. It can sometimes be difficult to get all the information required to complete a task however, the helpfulness and friendliness of the team often corrects this.
BlueHarbor Acel Marine in my opinion is an amazing place to work!

I find that the blessed days far out weigh the stressed days here. BlueHarbor Acel Marine strives to be the best at what it does so expectations can be high to perform and produce at a consistently high level. I find that BlueHarbor Acel Marine cares about it's employees personally which in todays job market makes them stand out.

I feel like this company has the desire to be beyond amazing. The hours are good, the compensation. and benifits are competitive and the conditions are not harsh in any way. The company as a whole invests time, effort and financial resources in teambuilding by holding events off site. The company takes pride in their facility and we are provided with a very comfortable and inviting space for our breaks. As for the daily expierience, it is work and we are expected to work. We have deadlines and may have some pressure but nothing harsh or unattainable. As with any job nothing is perfect, I did give management 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel that in the past sometimes my input would be of great value to the company and it was sometimes overlooked. However, I shared my concerns and I feel that management addressed them right away. I have great hope that I wI'll no longer feel that way in the future. No one is perfect all of the time, I have made mistakes as well. I have to say another positive aspect is that when a mistake is made in production we correct it quickly and there is no harsh judgement or condemnation from management and when things are great we are recognized.
I hope to continue to be a part of this company and grow with this company for many years to come.
